Shipping policy
Processing Time
Once an order is placed, most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. We ship Monday through Friday only. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via FedEx and UPS. Carrier selection is determined by your destination and order size. Both are chosen to ensure your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition.
Shipping Rates
CELLIANT365 ships to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 2–5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays and weather.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipment confirmation.
Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@celliant.com. We'll work quickly to make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If an incorrect address causes a package to be returned to us, additional shipping costs will apply for reshipment. If you catch an address error after ordering, contact us immediately at support@celliant.com and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
